This is a presentation I made in the Fall 2011 for the I585 BionInspired Computing course, under the supervision of Dr. Luis Rocha, as part of my Master's Degree in Computer Science at Indiana University, Bloomington. You can also check out the project I did for this course. The presentation was about C. Langton's Artificial Life paper. Here you can find my notes on C .Langton's paper, and here you can find my presentation on C .Langton's paper. If you prefer, you can download the presentations' handouts.
About the presentation
Langton's paper initiated the field of research that is now called Artificial Life.
